  They're nice until you go to move out, then the not cleaned house you had moved into becomes a nightmare while you jump through hoops to get your deposit back, the carpet cleaners didn't do a good enough job (though they got out the stains from past tenants), she asks you leave a week early so others can move in with the promise of that weeks rent coming back to you, the cleaning wasn't good enough for her so you agree to let her keep $230 of the deposit so because she has a problem with everything, magically, the day you go to give the keys (mind you it was 2 days before that she asked you to leave extra early and she said the people were moving in the next day..). Then you ask a week later why the money hasn't been returned to you, she says she has an issue with the carpets not being cleaned better ($230? Guess that wasn't for cleaning) and so you won't get the rest of the deposit back and she has 30 days and she doesn't say anything about the rent you should have gotten back as promised. Stay clear! Especially if you're military! Says they take care of military and you're an amazing Tennant until you decide to move out. Other employees may be better but I don't suggest going through Sonya!
